Prohibited use+
Spam, fraud, phishing, malware, illegal activity, identity misuse and messages sent without the authorization required from recipients are prohibited.
Client responsibility+
Clients are responsible for campaigns, creatives, pages, payments, messages, permissions, administrators, third-party data and platform-policy compliance.
Applicable measures+
When use appears incompatible, SKALA may pause support, request clarification, decline a configuration or record the occurrence within the limits of services it controls. SKALA does not control third-party platform decisions.
